Managed successfully the Company CapEx up to $1.6B / year.Has led international teams to design and execute very large industrial Projects with Excellence (up to 1000 Engineers in MONDELEZ).Worked for various industries (FMCG, Refining, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals).Did work in many diverse geographies (fluent in French, English, Spanish).Inspirational leader with significant experience in developing and growing the Engineering function, strong leadership skills, performance-oriented, strategic and visionary.
